Wore these straight out of the box for a six-mile trail and the lightweight sole made a huge difference on the descents. The nappa leather still feels sturdy enough for rocky terrain.

The nappa leather broke in way faster than I expected for boots this sturdy. The lightweight sole is the real win here, my feet didn't ache after a full day on rocky trails.

Wore these straight out of the box on a four-mile trail and had zero break-in blisters, which never happens for me. The lightweight sole is the real surprise here, way less clunky than the traditional Italian hiking boots they're modeled after.
