Wore these on a rocky 8-mile trail last weekend and my feet felt fine the whole time. The full grain leather is stiff at first but breaks in nicely, and the lightweight sole is way less clunky than my old boots.

The full grain leather is thick but broke in after a couple of hikes, and the lightweight sole makes them way less clunky than my old Italian-style boots. Toe box runs a touch narrow, so size accordingly.

Wore these straight out of the box for a 6-mile trail and zero break-in pain, which never happens with leather boots. The full grain leather is thick but the lightweight sole keeps them from feeling clunky on descents.
